Lee Sin is a very dominant Jungler in Wild Rift and a fan favourite; just like his counterpart in League of Legends, Lee Sin’s unique mechanics and challenges remain intact, offering players a familiar yet exhilarating experience.

He is an S-Tier Jungler who has been showing dominance in Wild Rift for some time, giving him and his allies an edge in winning games and repeatedly dominating the enemy. A good Lee Sin can quickly snowball and be a huge menace in Wild Rift.

In this guide, we’ll provide you with a solid foundation for mastering Lee Sin in Wild Rift. But first, for more champion guides for Wild Rift, check out our latest articles on the Mobalytics Blog.

    Lee Sin Wild Rift Abilities

Here’s a basic breakdown of all of Lee Sin’s abilities in Wild Rift. Before we get into it, we want to clarify that all the descriptions and the videos are sourced from the official Lee Sin Wild Rift Page.

Passive: Flurry After Lee Sin uses an ability, his next 2 basic attacks gain Attack Speed and return Energy.

Ability 1: Sonic Wave/ Resonating Strike Sonic Wave: Lee Sin projects a discordant wave of sound to locate his enemies, dealing physical damage to the first enemy it encounters. If Sonic Wave hits, Lee Sin can cast Resonating Strike for the next 3 seconds. Resonating Strike: Lee Sin dashes to the enemy hit by Sonic Wave, dealing physical damage based on the target’s missing Health.

Ability 2: Safeguard Lee Sin rushes to target position, shielding himself from damage if an enemy champion or monster is near the landing point. After using Safeguard, Lee Sin can cast Iron Will for the next few seconds. Iron Will: Lee Sin’s next attack deals bonus magic damage and has omnivamp.

Ability 3: Tempest/ Cripple Tempest: Lee Sin smashes the ground, sending out a shockwave that deals magic damage and reveals enemy units hit. If Tempest hits an enemy, Lee Sin can cast cripple for the next 3 seconds. Cripple: Lee Sin cripples nearby enemies damaged by Tempest, reducing their Movement Speed for 4 seconds. Movement Speed recovers gradually over the duration.

Ultimate Ability: Dragon’s Rage Lee Sin performs a powerful roundhouse kick launching his target back, dealing physical damage to the target and any enemies they collide with. Enemies the target collides with are knocked into the air for a short duration.

    Lee Sin Wild Rift Counters

If you’re looking for tips and tricks on countering Lee Sin in Wild Rift, this section will break down good counters to help you beat her.

    Gragas

Gragas can counter Lee Sin as he has multiple tools to counter your gameplay and interrupt you throughout all stages of the game. Gragas is a good counter ganker and can turn around ganks. In team fights, he can knock you away, preventing you from getting picks and kills.

    Gragas Splash 1

    Rammus

Just like Gragas, Rammus can interrupt your ganks and turn them around. His taunt is a real issue for Lee Sin, leaving him locked down and unable to move. Furthermore, Lee Sin is an early-game Jungler, but Rammus can also gank from the get-go, which makes it harder for you to dominate the map.

    Wukong

Wukong can knockup, out damage and win practically all fights vs. Lee Sin. The only thing Lee has against the Wukong is his 3rd ability, which can spot him when he goes invisible. But, all-in-all, you’ll never want to pick Lee Sin into a Wukong.

Best Matchups for Lee Sin in Wild Rift

We will now discuss 3 good matchups for Lee Sin in Wild Rift.

    Amumu

Lee Sin is good versus Amumu, as Lee Sin is a stronger champion in the early game, and Amumu needs some time to come online. A good Lee Sin should invade early to get a lead and put Amumu behind.

    Rengar

Rengar isn’t good versus Lee Sin. The two can battle it out early, but Lee Sin usually wins due to his slows and CC. He is stronger than Rengar in the 1v1 post 6 as well.

    Akali

Akali can get shut down by Lee Sin early. Lee Sin is just as strong as her, and he can also counter her all-ins with his W to protect his allies and his Ultimate, which he can use to kick her away from his teammates.

    Final Thoughts

Lee Sin is a very popular champion in Wild Rift due to his interesting game style and his champion design. We hope this article will give you the basics if you wish to play Lee Sin in Wild Rift.
