Best Top Laners For Season 13 Patch 13.24

5 S-Tier Top Laners to Climb With in Patch 13.24

In League of Legends, there are weak and strong champions. You will increase your chances of winning by playing a strong champion who can apply pressure throughout all game stages.

With this Mobalytics guide, we will discuss 5 S-Tier champions in Patch 13.24 in League of Legends. They will increase your chances of winning games if you pick any of these champions and overall increase your chances of hitting your end-of-season goals.

If you want to learn more tips on how to play as any of these champions, head over to the Mobalytics’ Champion Page.

There are some other strong S-tier picks this patch. You can find more S-tier picks on the Mobalytics Tier List for Patch 13.24. Please note the data we are using is mid-patch data, all servers and all ranks.

    Poppy

The first champion on our list is Poppy, who is a very basic yet versatile and strong Top Laner in League of Legends. She can be built in many different ways, and depending on the matchup, she can either scale or take over the map.

Another benefit to Poppy is how much peel and protection she can provide for her team. She has ways to disengage a fight to keep people alive, and she can also use these abilities to also get picks for herself or her team.

Poppy’s win rate on Patch 13.24 was 50.4% in 425,000 games.

    Riven

After Riven’s recent buffs, she has been performing a little better in the Top Lane of League of Legends, but she has been strong there for quite some time. She is the hardest champion on our list, but if you put practice into mastering her, then you will soon start climbing.

Riven is a lane-dominant champion who can all-in any champion or lane opponent that oversteps. She has many ways she can close the gap between her and her enemies, which means any over-extending champion needs to think twice. She can be extremely potent in the right matchups.

In Patch 13.24, Riven achieved a win rate of 51% in 820,000 games.

    Illaoi

A new pick on this patch list is Illaoi. Illoai is a very annoying champion to deal with due to her tentacles and overall damage output. If she can hit the enemy with her E, they need to fall back or else they will take a lot of damage from her.

Illaoi is probably the weakest early-game champion on our list, but don’t let that discourage you from playing her. She is really strong in the mid-game, and when she has some items under her belt. Whether you’re split pushing or team fighting, Illaoi is strong in both scenarios.

On Patch 13.24, Illaoi had a 52.1% win rate in 720,000 games.

    Olaf

Do you know how good Olaf is lately? Olaf is a fantastic champion to main in the Top Lane right now due to his aggressive and obnoxious play style and laning phase. If you get hit by an early Q, he can just all-in you and kill you.

He is very hard to handle as his level 1, 2 and 3 are very strong, and he can all-in you. Similarly, post 6, he can counter any all-in you might try against him due to his Ultimate. This makes it nearly impossible to play safe against him unless you stack health and armor.

Olaf’s win rate on Patch 13.24 was 51.4% in 335,000 games.

    Singed

The final champion on our list is Singed. Singed is a very unique champion as his play style is unlike many other champions in League. However, the people who main Singed are usually extremely good at him, and theres 1 big reason why.

No one really knows how to handle a Singed. During the laning phase, you might get a kill or 2 on him, but he becomes really obnoxious quickly and can easily outtrade you. After the laning phase, good luck controlling him, as he just split pushes and takes your towers.

And finally, Singed’s win rate on Patch 13.24 was 52.9% in 260,000.

    Final Thoughts

We hope this guide has helped you or provided some inspiration for champions you can play in this upcoming patch of League of Legends to help you climb and hit those end-of-season goals.

You can find tips and tricks on how to play these champions on their Champion Page.
