Naafiri
Apart from her initial release, I feel like Naafiri has been such a strong champion thanks to her ability to impact lanes and get kills.
In Patch 13.22, you should definitely give Naafiri a try, as she is really fun and can take over the map if she gets a small lead. The only real pitfall to the champion is that she is AD, so you do need an AP champion in the Top Lane or in the Jungle.

Syndra
Syndra continues to be a dominant force this patch, as she has been for some time. Her early game is quite good, and once she hits level 6, she can deal a lot of burst damage to the enemy with her Ultimate.
Another benefit to Syndra is her E, which she can use to catch out enemies, CC them and then follow that up with her Ultimate damage. She has really good pick potential and gank set up throughout all stages of the game. If you love one-shotting targets, then Syndra could be the champion for you!

Swain
Swain can be a really hit or miss champion in League of Legends, but if you put good effort into learning him, you can abuse his strengths to gain some ELO this patch.
One of Swain’s strengths is his team-fighting ability. He can CC targets with his E, and then deal a considerable amount of damage with the follow-up W and Q. His Ultimate is also quite good, as it can keep him alive for longer while also dishing out a lot of damage.

Vladimir
Vladimir is a new champion on this list who has managed to secure the S-spot in the Mid Lane of Patch 13.22. Vladimir can be a really strong champion thanks to his high damage output and his ability to deal a ton of AOE damage.
Something else that makes Vladimir strong is his strong scaling. He may not be the best champion early, but he can play somewhat safe, deal damage with his abilities, survive the laning phase and scale, and then deal a lot of damage when he gets some items.
