Ashe
Ashe is the first champion on our list. If you’re an ADC main, you know how annoying it can be to always take Cleanse vs her.
Her poke and damage output in extended trades is quite high, especially after her first back. If the enemy overextends, she can usually chase them down with her Q and W. Post 6, overextending versus her will result in a death. If you’re playing Ashe, make sure you’re proactive and look for plays with your Ultimate!

Ezreal

Kai’Sa
The third champion on our list is Kai’Sa. While she is getting nerfed in this patch, she is still one of the best ADCs around. Don’t let these changes fool you. She is still really good!
Her damage output has been quite high for some time now, allowing her to out-damage most champions in 1v1 situations thanks to her Q. She has a lot of all-in potential, especially when she is paired with an all-in Support. So if you like to play aggressively and get kills, she could be worth picking up this patch,

Jhin
Jhin is the fourth champion on our list. (did you see what I did there?!) Jhin is an S-tier ADC this patch!
He has been a good ADC for quite some time now, making him S-tier for a reason. His high damage output, especially with his fourth shot, makes him a formidable opponent against any squishy target. Let’s not forget he has CC to follow up on his Supports engage, too.
Jhin’s win rate in Patch 13.19 was 51.6% in 2,333,000 games.
Vayne
The final champion on our list is Vayne who is probably the hardest champion, but extremely dominant in the right hands.
What makes her hard is how mechanically gifted you have to be to play her. You need to focus the right target, dodge spells and always dish out damage. But like we said, if you put the practice in on her, you’ll start to carry in no time at all.
And finally, Vayne’s win rate in Patch 13.19 was 51.2% in 1,420,000 games.
