5 Best Junglers in Season 15

Top 5 Best Junglers to Solo Carry in Season 15

The Jungle role in League of Legends is by far the most impactful of any role as you have to apply constant pressure and find a balance between ganking your allies, securing objectives like the grubs, drake and rift herald, while also farming your jungle and picking up gold. This is why playing a strong champion who has the ability to do all those things and more is really important.

In this Mobalytics guide, we will discuss 5 strong Junglers that are capable of doing all of those things listed above and way more. If you can master any of these 5 champions, you’ll see yourself climbing in no time at all in Season 15.

    1. Lee Sin

The first champion on our list is one of the most popular and most beloved Junglers in the game, and that is of course Lee Sin! Lee Sin is a strong ganker and early game Jungler. In Season 15, you need to play a Jungler who is dominant in the early game, and Lee Sin is exactly that.

Lee Sin is fantastic at ganking his allies as he can easily close the gap with either his W or Q. This leaves the enemy little time to disengage without blowing Flash. However, you need to learn how to land your Q so you do not fail your gank. It can be hard to deal a lot of damage on him if you do not land this ability. As Lee Sin is a great duelist and fighter, you do need to find a blance between farming and ganking so you do not fall behind.

Lee Sin can be pretty hard to play, but if you put in the work and try to learn him, then you’ll see yourself climbing in no time at all!

    2. Volibear

The next champion on our list is another strong early duelist and ganker and his name is Volibear. Volibear can be a dominant champion and gank his allies very early on in the game. If he is able to get a few kills early, he can snowball incredibly fast, take all the objectives and win the game for his team!

Volibear can start ganking after he has secured the Scuttle Crab, so you should look to gank whenever you can. You are pretty strong once you have your first item completed, as you’ll be both tanky and deal a lot of damage. Post 6, you can start forcing ganks and diving the enemy under their tower thanks to your Ultimate. Don’t be afraid to make plays and try your luck with your Ultimate.

Volibear is a great pickup, and even if you perform badly on him, you can still be useful and just build tank items and be the frontline in team fights.

    3. Xin Zhao

Xin Zhao is the next champion who has been and will continue dominating the Jungle role in Season 15. Xin is a great duelist who is very easy to play, which makes him a great option for players who either want to learn the Jungle role, or who want to pick up and play an easier champion in the Jungle role.

Xin Zhao is a farming magnet and can clear the jungle very quickly and relatively healthy. This means you’ll be wanting to farm and pick up and secure as many jungle camps as possible. You should basically be ganking whenever you have no camps left to take. Xin Zhao can also secure objectives easily like the Drake or Grubs, so don’t be afraid to try and take those after ganking your allies.

I would highly recommend playing Xin Zhao if you’re new to the role or want someone who is fun and easy to learn.

    4. Bel’Veth

You may have noticed a pattern so far. Every champion we have listed is a strong ganker early and has a lot of skirmishing power and great objective control. Bel’Veth is no exception, which is why she is one of the stronger champions you should be mastering in LoL.

Bel’Veth requires a lot of gold and income, so you must find a balance between farming and ganking throughout all game stages. The more gold you get, the stronger you will be, so I suggest being selfish and picking up what farm you can. But do not forget about those objectives! Keep an eye on the map at all times and ensure you take them whenever possible to give yourself the advantage.

She is quite a mechanically demanding champion, especially when it comes to running around the enemy champion so you can get the extra damage off. However, if you emphasise learning Bel’Veth and understanding her gameplay and how to play her, then you can master her. Bel’Veth players can take over the map with the smallest of leads.

    5. Viego

Last but not least is our 5th recommendation- Viego. Since his release, he has been a dominant Jungler for players to learn. His strengths come from his early skirmishing power, which enables him to pick up kills and start a snowball. A good Viego consistently looks to make plays around the map to get himself and his allies ahead.

Viego benefits from a more selfish playstyle, so make sure you keep trying to pick up as much gold as possible. During the mid-game, look to pick up the farm from the side lanes that your allies are not taking, and make sure you keep taking your jungle camps. Always play on the side of the map where the major objective is so you do not lose out on the objective.

Finally, Viego is quite a difficult champion to play, so you must spend some time learning him. His kit is quite straightforward, but you need to learn how when you should and shouldn’t engage and when to back off, etc.

    In Conclusion

That about wraps up our article on 5 of the best champions to play in the Jungle role if you want to climb in Season 15. Please remember that they may not be statistically the best win-rate-wise, but if you master them, you’ll be a major threat on Summoners’ Rift and able to solo carry the game!
